We continue to monitor, follow and adapt to guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and federal, state and local governments and public health agencies to mitigate disruption or risk to your critical operations. During this time, we are limiting customer and vendor visits to our data centers unless deemed essential to reduce the risk of infection and support social distancing measures. We’re offering expanded remote hands services to help you update, maintain and troubleshoot your systems. With that in mind, we’re requesting customers use remote hands services and customer portal for service requests.
