Grant van Rooyen

Grant van Rooyen is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Cologix. He has over 14 years experience in the communications industry.
Prior to forming Cologix, Grant was CEO of IX Investments which was acquired by Cologix in late 2010. He was with Level 3 Communications for 10 years from 1999 until 2009 where he held a number of leadership positions, including President of the Content Markets Group, with responsibility for over $1.5 billion of customer and product revenue.
In addition to his Cologix responsibilities, Grant is a Partner in vR Equity - a private investment firm. Grant has lived and worked around the world and holds a bachelors degree in economics and finance.

Heidi Diemar

| Heidi is the General Counsel of Cologix, where she is responsible for all legal and human resources affairs within the company and serves as Corporate Secretary to its board of directors. She has 12 years of experience practicing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, leveraged buyouts, private equity investments, corporate finance, corporate governance and advice to boards of directors. Heidi came to Cologix from Toys “R” Us, Inc., where she was Corporate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Prior to working for Toys “R” Us, Heidi was an Associate in the Corporate Department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Heidi holds a juris doctorate and a bachelor of arts in art history. |

| Brian is the Chief Financial Officer for Cologix, where he is responsible for finance, tax, accounting and treasury. Prior to his current role, Brian was Chief Financial Officer for i-transfer, a global financial technology company. Brian also had roles with KPMG LLP, providing financial diligence assistance to financial and strategic buyers in high-tech industries, as well as First Data Corporation, where he held acquisition and integration positions. Brian holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

Sean Maskell

| Sean is the President of Cologix Canada and brings over 16 years experience in Telecommunication and Data Facility Operations. He founded Telehouse Centre Canada in 2004 which quickly became the fastest growing carrier neutral facility in Toronto over the next 8 years. Through Sean's vision and leadership Telehouse has modeled a more efficient data center that reduces operation costs while escalating facility reliability and customer experience. Sean will continue to provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure Cologix Canada customers receive the highest level of services to meet their most demanding applications. Sean is an active volunteer in his community and holds a degree from Niagara College along with sales/management certifications. |

Todd is the Chief Operating Officer of Cologix. He has over 18 years of experience in the communications, data center, Internet and video distribution industry. Prior to forming Cologix, Todd held several senior positions at Level 3 Communications, including Senior Vice President of Data Centers, Senior Vice President of Media Operations and President of Level 3 Communications Europe. Todd holds a juris doctorate and a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems.

| Matt is the Chief Technology Officer for Cologix. He is responsible for leading network architecture, engineering, operations and IT. Matt has 23 years of experience leading worldwide IT and telecommunications organizations. Matt has served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for the Network and Customer Care Centers of Level 3 Communications, as Senior Vice President for Level 3’s IP Network, Voice over IP and Video Engineering and as Director of IT Operations for the University of Colorado Hospital. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. |

| Graham is the Senior Vice President of Product and Strategy for Cologix. He has over nine years of experience in the communications, Internet, content delivery and video industry. Graham came to Cologix from Charter Communications, where he was Senior Director of Product Management and responsible for web portal businesses, product development and next-generation product strategy. Prior to working for Charter, Graham was the Senior Director of CDN Product Management at Level 3 Communications. Graham holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in political science. |

Val is the Vice President of Technology for Cologix. He is responsible for leading Product and Process development as well as Systems and Network Architecture. He has over 18 years of management experience providing product and technology solutions within commercial and government sectors. Prior to Cologix he held a number of product development roles at Level 3 Communications where he directed media content, voice & data, and managed services product development teams and led the transformation of the Product Development Management discipline through the adoptions of Agile development methods. Prior to Level 3, Val was the VP of Business Systems Development for Genuity Solutions, a Bell Atlantic - GTE Corp. Internet and Managed Services provider spin-off. He led the development efforts for separation and ultimately successful IPO of Genuity followed by the largest CRM implementation in the industry.
