| John Siegel joined Columbia Capital in 2000 and focuses on communications and IT services investments. John is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Cologix, GTS CE, mindSHIFT Technologies, euNetworks, Presidio, Teliris, Virtustream and Zayo. John served on the boards of ICG Communications and FDN Communications and represented Columbia Capital's interests in Mpower Communications prior to their respective exits. Before joining Columbia Capital, John worked in Morgan Stanley's Private Equity Group, where he specialized in investments in the telecommunications/data services arena. He also held positions with Fidelity Ventures, the private equity division of Fidelity Investments, and the Investment Banking Division of Alex. Brown & Sons, Inc. John received his BA from Princeton University and his MBA from Harvard Business School. | |

Patrick Hendy

| Patrick Hendy joined Columbia Capital in 2002 and focuses primarily on IT services investments. Currently, he is focused on new opportunities around the data center, including colocation, hosting, managed services and cloud services. Patrick is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Cologix, Virtustream and Mindshift, and is actively involved with Columbia’s investment in Presidio. Patrick has also worked closely with a number of former Columbia portfolio companies, including WCS Wireless (acquired by Nextwave Wireless), XM Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: XMSR), Nuvox Communications and New Global Telecom. Prior to joining Columbia Capital, Patrick served as a senior analyst in the Global Telecommunications and Media Investment Banking Group of J.P. Morgan in New York, structuring public and private equity and debt financings, as well as merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he served as a financial analyst in the Debt Capital Markets Group of Wachovia Securities. Patrick received his BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University. | |

Grant van Rooyen

Grant van Rooyen is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Cologix. He has over 14 years experience in the communications industry. Prior to forming Cologix, Grant was CEO of IX Investments which was acquired by Cologix in late 2010. He was with Level 3 Communications for 10 years from 1999 until 2009 where he held a number of leadership positions, including President of the Content Markets Group, with responsibility for over $1.5 billion of customer and product revenue. In addition to his Cologix responsibilities, Grant is a Partner in vR Equity - a private investment firm. Grant has lived and worked around the world and holds a bachelors degree in economics and finance. |

Brian van Rooyen has over 40 years experience as an executive operator, director and investor. Educated in South Africa, Brian began his career with Romatex Ltd, a Barlow Rand subsidiary, as division Managing Director. Brian was CEO of Australian Country Spinners Ltd, a vertically integrated global textile conglomerate. He led the company for 20 years until the successful sale to private equity sponsors in 2006. |

| Neil is President and CEO of Teliris the innovative leader in Telepresence solutions for the Video conferencing market Globally. He has over 25 years of senior management experience in the technology industry ranging from Fortune 100 companies to private equity sponsored organisations. Prior to Teliris he was the President & CEO for Atlantix Global Systems the market leader of refurbished technology to corporate customers worldwide. In this role, Neil redirected the company strategy and business model resulting in a significant increase in revenue and doubling of EBITDA. Prior to Atlantix, Neil held a number of positions at Level 3 Communications where he guided the company to positive cash flow for the first time in its history. As Executive Vice President of Operations at Level 3, Neil was responsible for $4.2B revenue, $1B EBITDA and a $500M capital budget operating in 22 countries around the world. Previously, Neil led global sales, marketing and customer service operating in 65 countries for Concert, a joint venture between AT&T and British Telecom. Earlier in his career, Neil held several positions with increasing responsibility at British Telecom including leading sales, marketing and customer service. |
